1. Regular Slotted Case (RSC Carton)

The most widely used corrugated shipping carton, with top and bottom flaps that meet in the centre and are closed with tape. RSC cartons are a practical and cost-effective option for packing, storage, distribution and general freight. Made to the required internal dimensions, with board selected to suit the product weight, carton size, stacking and transport requirements. Suitable for: Food products, wholesale distribution, manufactured components, commercial products, warehouse dispatch and commercial freight.

2. Fully Overlapping Flap Case (FOF) and Boxes with Separate Lid (BSL)

FOF cartons have full-width top and bottom flaps that overlap for added strength and product protection. They are suitable when a standard RSC does not provide enough coverage.
BSL boxes use a separate lid, providing easy top access for packing, storage and transport.
Suitable for: Electronic components, machinery parts, glassware and other heavy or fragile products.

3. Half Slotted Case (HSC)

An HSC carton is similar to an RSC but has no top flaps, allowing quick access to the contents. It can be used as an open-top carton or combined with a separate lid or tray where required.
Suitable for: pick-and-pack operations, warehouse storage, parts and components, produce handling and other applications requiring easy top access.

4. Five-Panel Folder (5PF) and Speciality Cartons

A five-panel folder (5PF) wraps around long or narrow products and uses an overlapping fifth panel for closure. It is a practical option for products that do not fit a standard RSC. Other speciality carton structures can be made for unusual shapes or specific packing requirements.
Suitable for: panels, fabricated components, equipment, signage and other long, flat or irregular products.
