1. Bottle Packaging Inserts

Die-cut bottle inserts are designed around the bottle dimensions, carton size and packing arrangement to help hold products in position and reduce movement during handling and transport. Depending on the pack design, inserts can separate bottles and provide support around the bottle body, neck or base.

Suitable for: Wine, juice, beer, honey, sauce and oil bottles, and other bottled products requiring separation or internal support.

2. Multi-Purpose Packaging Inserts

Corrugated inserts can be designed to separate, support and position products inside a carton. Depending on the product and packing arrangement, the structure may include partitions, folded supports, die-cut openings or layered components to help reduce movement and product-to-product contact during handling and transport.

Inserts can be developed together with custom corrugated cartons so the outer carton and internal support work as one packaging system.
